「The properties marketing states ‘have a soak in the hot tub in the evening or a dip in the pool in the morning’. The hot tub hasn’t worked for over two years and the pool is empty and filthy. We picked this hotel expecting a soak in the hot tub. Please amend your marketing. 」

「Very near to the beach, the bedrooms are warm and have plenty of small heaters. David is a good host. The house has everything for family, oven works super fine. Didnt have any issue with the hot water.」

「Overall clean and tidy. Carpet is fresh in bedrooms and living area has clean and tidy lino type floor. Curtains are vertical blinds which don’t all shut flush, so if you are highly light sensitive, suggest bringing eye mask. 」

「Everything was perfect will definitely recommend, the only issue that would stop me in future is the water quality throughout all water outlets and pressure in the shower and toilet definitely need upgrading but other than that it was perfect thank you! 」

「The property is immaculate and well maintained. The photography do not do it justice. We had a lovely stay, made us of the bike tracks and sand dunes, ate well, pushed board games and relaxed. Just what we all needed. Thanks」

「Right by a peaceful forest & 5 mins walk from the beach. Fruit trees in the fenced garden. We stayed in winter/spring and had a roaring fire and a very relaxing stay. Lovely place to get away for a few days and recharge. 」

「We were very happy with the property we booked for our stay in Levin. It was a few minutes from town but easy roads and driving to our venue we needed to be at. Our accomodation had everything we needed and was very comfortable.」

Very average..

"In general, everything was old. The door lock was rather flimsy hence I don’t feel secure in the room. Water pressure from shower head was low. We stayed for a few days, No replenishment of toiletries or water, need to request and pick up from concierge. The only plus of this hotel is everyone was very courteous, polite and helpful. This is the first and last time we will stay here. "
