「Great location, great view but that comes from the front balcony. The building is positioned so that 80% of the unit faces the neighboring buildings with the short side of the building facing the ocean, which is beautiful, and that balcony is spacious, with ocean song. The only thing I would be concerned with is in the summer when all the air condoners are on, the song will be drowned out. The other thing to note is the mildew problem.
