"Staff are friendly, fast/efficient and helpful. Subway station is right outside the front door for line 9. No wash cloths for American tourist so bring your own; they do provide bath sponges. The heat and air are controlled by the hotel so the room was warm but we requested a fan and the windows open so that helped. Water bottles are provided daily for free and cleaning staff were great! We enjoyed our trip and would stay again! "
