「A little run down exterior, but clean, maintained room with good basic facilitaties. The staff were helpful and friendly, and cared about their work. We felt safe leaving cars in the parking. Clear work is in progress to improve facilities. Excellent for the price paid. 」

「游泳池和gym好舒服，晚上和第二日早上都有去，更衣室設備齊全，有按摩池和桑拿。 房間有點熱，但有配備額外的風扇，沒有很辛苦，感謝酒店晚上提供免費的雪條。 停車位已包在房價內，如果付費的話是£5一日。 窗台有點髒，房內也沒有內線電話，有一點不方便。但主要為了游泳池而來，而且房價便宜，整個旅程過得很不錯，前台服務很好，非常友善。 不用自助入住，有職員為客人check in。」

「三日兩夜。酒店似由學校宿舍改建，所以壓迫感較強，房間偏向細。早餐難食，最普通的炒蛋都難食，而附近很早都有早餐，所以不用加錢給酒店食早餐。唯一優勢是酒店非常近車站，一分鐘就到，而旁邊有商場，可以買水及零食。」

「Everything was very good. However having to go downstairs for milk when you expect some milk in the room and only have to go down for extras. The hotel staff and stay was excellent. Do be aware that the carpark is private and costs a lot! This will stop me staying next time 」

「This is a small castle-style state that has had modern rooms added onto the back. The staff we interacted with were very good, but the property including restaurant, bar, and check in desk were very understaffed. The night we were there, there was a prom, wedding, hen-dos, etc. It was very rowdy and service took a long time anywhere we interacted with the hotel staff, so we did not notice some of the beautiful aspects of the grounds until the next morning when we were driving off property. 「Two nights in this delightful hotel. Service was friendly and efficient. Food was good. Our room number 227 was large and comfortable with an excellent bed and very tasteful decor of restful green and gray. The bathroom was very well appointed and spacious. 」

「Really nice hotel very clean good parking down side for me is I left at 06:00 but reception seem to be unattended , no lights etc so I was unable to get a receipt for my stay also odd was there didn’t seem to be a box to drop my key into and I didn’t fancy leaving it in the room as you need the key to lock the door when you leave 」
