「Dreamlike location!!!Enchanting house, very well maintained and everything as described. We spent two wonderful and relaxing weeks with our two children. With lots of snow and northern lights we really enjoyed it very much and can really recommend a holiday here.」

「Good and calm spot to see aurora lights, short travel time by car to Sortland, Andoya and further nice things. The house is really cosy, the view is incredible and the hosts are really friendly. We loved to stay there and they gave us Lego to play for my two years old child and a historical potty :-) and secured the stairs. Really family friendly. 「The property is well appointed and very nicely curated in a beautiful setting. The proprietor is very friendly and extremely helpful. For us it served as a very nice base while we explored the area for a few days. What is not immediately obvious from the photos is that this property is right next door to the owner's house which really limits your privacy somewhat. It is also located next to farmland (which is pastoral and beautiful) but during our stay they fertilized the fields so we couldn't...

「Unseren kurzen Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten haben wir sehr genossen. Alles da, was eine Ferienwohnung braucht. Inkl. Handtüchern und Bettwäsche. Ruhige Lage, Wanderungen gut möglich. Wunderschöne Natur. Empfehlung für 2 Erwachsene und max. 1 Kind. Die 2 vorhandenen Einzelbetten sind sehr eng unter der flachen Dachschräge. Wer den Holzofen benutzen möchte, sollte etwas Holz mitbringen.」

「Great house right by the start of the Queen’s route hike. Owners were very helpful and reachable. Brief ride or nice walk into Nyksund. Clearly the best place to stay in Nyksund. You will love this place. Bill K. USA. 」

「Flott hotell med hyggelig betjening og romslige rom. Vi hadde planlagt middag på hotellet på lørdag, men hadde ikke tenkt over at det var julebordsesong. Vi fikk derfor gleden av å oppleve hotellets husband og show. Utrolig god stemning :) 」

「This was a GREAT place to seek the northern lights. The room was very comfortable. The view from the room was spectacular. The food was great. The staff could not have been more helpful. Early January was the low season. Yet all staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. We loved our three night stay. We will return during the summer, for sure!」
