「Great stay in very large one bedroomed apartment. Everything spotlessly clean, nice pool with chairs. Staff are just amazing and make the stay so good. Will use again.」

「The Palms resort is off the main road of Sunset crest, gently nestled between Sandy lane hotel and lime grove mall. It's a 7 min walk to good coffee, the beach, food and transportation. The check in and out process were more simple than l anticipated. Staff were courteous and friendly without being intrusive. I love room/apt #16 where I stayed. 「The staff very very friendly and went above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Not a great range of food on offer and you had to book your lunch and dinnertimes on the morning which doesn't give flexibility. One Negative was we booked this hotel for the Spa. The spa has been out of action since at least June according to an employee. It has not been amended on the websites or expedia. Very disappointed! 」
