"No water in the room, only one set of towels despite booked 2ppl, battery of remote control broken, no soap in the shower, door to staircase broken, elevator not stopping in the ground floor,... All these small things sum up to having made it quite unpleasant for the amount of money paid"

"Waren zum zweiten Mal dort. Wirklich sehr schöne Anlage und das Personal sehr freundlich. Alles sauber und das Rinderfilet bei der Küchenparty war das Beste, dass ich je hatte. Haben dieses Mal auch die Anwendungen probiert. Das war sehr enttäuschend. Die Massage war nicht gut und warum man uns im Sommer wegen des nicht-klimatisierten Raums nicht von der Wärmepackung abgeraten hat, finde ich unprofessionell. Es war wirklich unangenehm "

"This is a perfect, traditional German inn. For us the atmosphere was perfect and had lots of personality. The included breakfast was great. We had one evening meal at Nebelhornblick which was excellent. The evening menu was the most varied we had during our stay in Germany. I noted one reviewer complained that no-one in the hotel spoke fluent English but as this is Germany I did not presume that they had to speak "my" language.
