「I would describe this as a cool boutique hotel that has stripped away all the extraneous services that you rarely use anyway. Everything is managed through the Sonder app (including the room key!) and all though there are people at the front desk, you don't really need to interact with them unless you have a specific question. 「I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!」

"I just stayed there for 8 days, the location is perfect as my key objective for this trip is to watch many Broadways, it's just a few mins walk over there. The hotel is apparently new, contemporary, service is good, everyone is super nice and friendly. No kettle or slippers prepared in the room but you can ask for it, if you needed. "
