The Spa stay
Our place was very clean! It was a tad bit small to accommodate 6 people. Toward the end of our stay, another family was above us and you could hear everything. All in all, it was a pretty decent stay.

Great place
We were very happy with our stay. The unit was very clean and well stocked with kitchen necessities and towels. We had to call with questions a couple times and had no issue getting through to someone. The pool wasn’t too far and the river/beach was a few minute walk from our unit. It was easy to get to anyplace on the island from here.

Beautiful condo!
We had the best time! We loved the condo and the property. It was quiet and so relaxing. Also, so close to the best food in Hilton head! We will definitely return. Beds were soft with plenty of blankets and the box fan was a plus! Everything we needed, you provided❤️ Thank you so much!

Great vacation!
The area is beautiful and my kiddos loved the pools. I loved how centrally located it was to restaurants, shops, and things to do. The condo was located towards the end of the complex, but still very close to the beach. I felt the condo was clean upon arrival, and offered most basic amenities to stay comfortably. The customer service representative that I texted with was AMAZING! I was impressed with their quick response time. The representative answered all of my questions and was extremely friendly. I could hear the upstairs neighbors while lying in bed, but it wasn’t terribly disruptive. Overall, I had a wonderful vacation.

It was okay
This unit was sufficient for our needs, but there were several little things that were frustrating. The screened in porch was nice and the furniture was also of a nice quality. The cabinet doors in the bathroom fell off in both bathrooms and the hot and cold water were reversed in one of the showers. The Wi-Fi had issues, but those were repaired after asking for some assistance. The kitchen could have been better appointed with some extra things, but the basic necessities were there.

Just okay
I have been coming to HH for 20+ years and this experience was not great. There was an odor in the unit that we could smell in our clothing, items, etc. The pool furniture was covered in bird excrement and debris in water. I also feel like it should be made more clear that this is not a typical beach experience; meaning, there is no beach. Just rocks, an extremely low tide and lots of muddy sand. Very disappointed. :(

Nice small apartment
Small 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Better suited for 4 rather than 6 but we made it work. Internet router had to be rebooted once. Towels and bedding provided and clean. Washing machine and dryer a little loud, dryer needs to run twice for towels. Overall nice place for just under a week to stay when visiting for the beach. All remote check in and check out, no person to person contact.

Feral Cat Farm
We thought we were staying at a condo on the beach. The beach was a good 5 minute walk away, which is not terrible but it is not a great swimming beach. There was also a feral car farm just across the parking lot. Thank goodness for the cats because they helped keep the mice and snakes away. However, you can imagine our disappointment when we were expecting a nice beach condo and go a feral cat farm for our viewing pleasure.

Would have been great to know that the property is adjacent to a cat sanctuary. The patio door doesn’t lock; hole in 2nd bedroom wall; no soap holders in either bathroom showers; the towel hanger on the back of 1st bathroom door is loose; and the internet connection information on a table in the unit is incorrect (password typo).

Vacation
The place was perfect for my family of 5. The host provided everything we needed with extra towels blankets, pots, ustensiles, plates basically everything a house needed . We were able to cook our thanksgiving dinner. We enjoyed the indoor pool, basketball court and play ground. The only cons was that on night 3, people above us was partying all night up u til 2 am loud music, talking etc… and as early as 6 am loud stuff dropping and dragging on the floor so that was a sleepless night for my family which we couldn’t t even catch up that morning because they started making noise again . I’m still giving 5 stars because this has nothing to do with the host. I reached out to Vacasa several times regarding this matter, no one has yet reach ou to me.

Wonderful family experience!!!
This place is an absolute gem! Our family of 6 utilized all the sleeping accommodations including the bunk bed which was so helpful. We spent a lot of time outside exploring the grounds, swimming (the 2 outdoor pools are seasonal and open April 1st, and 1 indoor pool), direct access to a beautiful beach, a playground, basketball and tennis courts, and fish ponds. Next door is a park that has beautiful hiking trails and there are paved bike paths that take you all over the island. We brought bikes but there's a bike rental shop just down the road which will deliver them. The accommodation included a few essentials such as laundry pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and paper towels but if you are a big family you should plan on bringing extra or buying some during your stay. There are plenty of stores to buy groceries. We cooked food, celebrated a birthday, and enjoyed the space when we needed to rest and let the kids nap. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and took advantage of all the place had to offer!

Unit overall clean. Nice location close to the ocean. Furniture nice & decorated well. Place as expected. Safe and well kept grounds. Disappointments: Noisy being adjacent to the stairs. Could hear people running up and down the stairs late at night. The previous renovation looks nice but installed poorly. Shower valve in master bath plumbed incorrectly so cold is hot and hot is cold. This is likely why another reviewer thought the hot water wasn’t working. Missing grout around tile in dining room, allowing tile to move. Mismatched trim. Toilet paper holders kept falling down. Kitchen only bare essentials provided. (missing colander, don’t provide coffee but do have a coffee maker, no salt/ pepper, cooking oil). Pillows very cheap so we had sore necks. Indoor pool freezing. We stopped by the HOA office hoping to get some input on what to do in the area. HOA office staff seemed very put off that we stopped in. Overall good experience and would stay at this location again but would choose a different unit.
