Must be very careful with their early checkout time of 10 am or they will try to charge extra. Also the contential breakfast is non existent they claim it’s due to Covid. The pool looks like it’s permanently closed?

It was weird to hold the main office in one of the rooms but the proximity makes sense. Clean, quiet, easy parking. No frills but well equipped room good for a couple nights. Great value.

Very awesome front desk and staff, convenient location, close to everything. They have daily fresh fruits like apples and bananas, laundry pods, utensils, water, muffins, donuts, snacks, coffee more than any 5 **** hotels. Definitely would come back. Abundant shampoo, soap, conditional, lotion, paper towels. Great for long stay. Fresh towels and sheets and have housekeeping as needed. I didn't request any for my 4 days stay

The room was very comfortable, the floors were of light wood tile, not carpet, which is nice, the room had an air purifier, large TV with plenty of channels to choose from. The shower had great water pressure with large shampoo/conditioner/body lotion. This made a difference compared to the small containers that you get at most hotels. Location was perfect! Walmart directly across the street, as well as Wendy's and burger kind. There's a fine dining Italian restaurant that joined the structure of the property. Over all a good bargain for your dollar, and for an "INN" is was very clean and quiet. I will definitely stay agsin

This "motel" was not as described on the website! Check-in staff was rude! Someone was smoking pot in the room next door, even though this is supposed to be a "non-smoking" property. There were sketchy people standing around. It appears to be an extended stay motel. Very dated! I reserved a room online, checked in at 10 pm and paid for the room. However, I did not stay...I went back to check-in and requested a refund.

This is an older hotel/motel but it was impeccably clean and the staff were friendly. Much cheaper than anywhere else on the island and a quick drive to dining and beach.

First time to Hilton Head Island for just 1 night and we loved this hotel; would definitely come back here again. We had an easy check in, a great room for a great price; perfect for our needs. The staff was very friendly, helpful and hardworking. The room was spacious and extremely clean. Impressed with the size of the fridge (with freezer), comfortable bed (and this may be an unusual comment, but great quality toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towel). We did experience a problem with the WIFI connection, and the staff (son, Noah) really tried to get it resolved, but without success, however this allowed us to put the computer away, and go for a walk about, which is exactly what you should do when visiting here. It was a 15 minute drive to the popular Coligny Beach area which was very trendy and populated. Glad we were able to experience it. Even though there were plenty of restaurants here, we decided to go to the Hudson's Seafood House on the Docks to eat (much closer to our hotel) and which we also highly recommend. We had a short, but very good time and look forward to returning here in the future!
