「I get woken up by a phone call 11:30 PM the night before check in saying the county has turned the water and electricity off. The county says it is uninhabitable. I had friends in the area and they sent me a photo showing the county shut them down three days prior to the call. The house was in shambles. No way someone was/will stay there. We had twelve family members coming. Some flying from NY. AND... this rental was for fourth of July week! Good luck finding a place for 12 people for the next...

「Nice condo. Good floor plan for a couple and kids or possibly two couples. Check in is super easy and access to the condo was a breeze. Location is good and the views to the ocean are awesome. Be sure to bring TP and maybe a roll of paper towels. The pool is on the east side of the building so it’s worth noting it is only in the sun during the first half of the day. Would stay here again. 」
