「Stayed three nights. Had all the convinces of home. First night was a learning experience. The pool was clean and clear. The room was clean , everything was well maintained and in good working condition. We was comfortable the whole time. It was mostly quiet although there was some construction going on around the neighborhood. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.」

「I booked this condo for my boyfriend and me for his birthday. We absolutely loved our stay. It was very clean, and they even gave us cookies. There was a slight miscommunication as we were on the way to the condo, but it was not bothersome to me at all. They felt bad and got me a gift. It was the sweatiest thing. I would stay here again. It was small but perfect for a couple. 」

「Condo was clean and updated. Had a nice size balcony with plenty of sitting. The area felt safe with security codes needed to enter pool area and buildings. Access to beach was convenient. Favorite part of the condo itself was it felt open and inviting with all the natural light. Covered parking for one car with access to carts for loading. Additional parking available outside of parking garage. Easy access to bikes and beach accessories.」

「Beautifully decorated, quiet street. Really lovely part of Rosemary. The condo was perfect. If we ever return to Rosemary we will definitely stay there. Just a warning though for people coming to the community... the police in Rosemary were very scary and we spent most of our trip watching them scream at children in the street and hunt them down in the allies at night from the balcony. It was a very stressful environment. I'm not sure if something has happened to make them like this but we...

「The condo was so nice and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of dishes, silverware, Keurig, etc. The pictures don't do it justice. It is so close to the beach, we never needed to use the included rides. Very nice neighborhood too! I went on several walks, alone, and felt safe. It is close to many stores and not far from the larger vacation destinations.」

「The location is perfect for easy access to the beach. The condo has everything for a relaxing vacation. The unit is really nice and does look like the pictures. It is smaller than it appears in the pictures. There is also no extra storage space in the kitchen. The unit was clean but the toilet had stains around the rim of the upper part of the toilet bowl. All in all we enjoyed our stay and loved the proximity to the beach.」

「Great location, amenities and dining options. Beach access was not an issue during our stay. I would add it was quite annoying to have a rental company setup chairs/umbrellas, unrented, all along the shoreline blocking prime oceanfront. We brought our own and were never able to setup front row. Not the fault of the rental but the association of Gulf Place. Overall, we had a great stay at a nice property. 」
