「"The hotel itself was clean and pleasant, and a couple of staff members were genuinely helpful. However, we encountered multiple issues that significantly affected our stay. After booking, we were notified the main pool was closed but received a follow-up email suggesting it would be fixed by our arrival. It wasn't. When we arrived on Sunday, we were told it would reopen Wednesday. It didn't, and the reopening date kept getting pushed back to Thursday, then Friday, then Monday. We never got to...
