Felt like home
Soooooo much attention to detail. The place felt like they thought of everything. The communication with the owners was exceptional- absolutely made the experience feel personalized. Has to be one of the best VRBO places I’ve ever stayed and I will DEFINITELY stay here again, as well as recommend it to anyone staying in the area. We used this cozy home as our jump off area between Bryce and Zion. Looked forward to returning every night.

The best Verbo I’ve ever stayed at!
Location is remove enough to have privacy but close enough to get into a town within 5-10 mins. Beautiful scenic mountains on all sides! Home had more than enough space, super clean, well written instructions and everything was labeled! The tub / shower were great and the fireplaces were a nice touch! Free snacks, how can you go wrong?! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Close to the parks!

Great Place!
Cliff and Cloettes place is perfect! It has everything you could possibly need and then some! They have thought of everything! We stayed in 2 other homes on our trip and neither of them came close to this place!! We were there for 2 nights and it was perfect! it looks better than the pictures! Cliff greets you with fresh eggs shortly after arrival and is very friendly. The only thing we would add to put over the top would be some outdoor chairs and maybe a table to enjoy the outside in the beautiful weather. There is a bench on the front porch. I would highly recommend staying here if you are headed to Bryce Canyon!!

Thank you Cliff and Collette for an amazing stay. The communication from Cliff was amazing. He set a light out on a sign for us to find the turnoff at night time due to our late arrival. The home is even better than pictured. The pellet fireplace kept us warm. The landscape is beautiful and the home is so cozy we didn't want to leave to go hike in Bryce. Thank you so much!!!!

A great spot near Bryce Canyon
Overall - this is a wonderful place to stay, and you should go for it Check-in process was super easy and flexible. The place was slightly difficult to find at night (tip: the turnoff is BEFORE where Google Maps thinks it is), but the hosts were responsive in helping us get there. The house is beautiful and well-furnished. Full kitchen, nice living room with a full-size TV and comfortable couches, comfortable bedroom, huge and amazing full bathroom, a second half-bath, washer/dryer, etc. But the best part are all the subtle, thoughtful touches. Really, the hosts are top-notch-- everything is labeled and well-organized, all questions you could have are addressed in a binder by the door, and the hosts themselves are responsive and available. They provided farm-fresh eggs and even a complimentary Bryce Canyon calendar, which was so thoughtful! Location is great-- beautiful views outside every window. Bryce Canyon is a quick 15-20 min drive through a lovely route. The town of Tropic is about 5-10 min away for groceries, some restaurants/coffee, and gas. Check-out process was dead simple, and the hosts were very flexible with us, which we appreciated. Don't think twice-- just book this place.

Great Location
The location was perfect to visit Zion, Bryce, and Capitol Reef. The facility was clean, comfortable, quite, and provided everything that we needed plus! Like fresh farm eggs, butter, snacks - they even had flower which I used to make my gravy! Cliff was close by, checked in via phone to make sure everything was as expected. Knowing he was close was great, although we had no issues what so ever! We highly recommend the bunkhouse if you want to see and experience Utah!
