需要更換廚房雪櫃門鉸!
"正常酒店服務。我覺得呢間酒店可以推介俾朋友 。只是想俾少少意見給餐飲部。 可以維修一下廚房房內的門鉸,因為員工每次開關櫥櫃門或雪櫃門鉸都發出很大的聲響,在用餐的時間每隔幾分鐘就聽到開關廚房門的聲音。 如果能夠改善這一點便十分好。"

"Very very perfect experience and good memories during the stay in Ritz-Carlton, Harbin. My top recommendation hotel is here if you want visit Harbin while expects very good quality. Guest Experience Manager Mr Chand did a fabulous job, after my request was sent before my stay, the prompt response was received and comfortable arrangement was offered. I like a good view, finally I got a 270 degree room in high floor, which was impressive. Check in experience was very smooth, breakfast is great and service was excellent, I enjoyed it. Before my departure, I received gifts (one for me and a different one for my daughter) from hotel, my daughter was very happy after opened it. I am considering to bring my family members to stay here again to visit Harbin Ice and Snow World 2024. Thanks again for the great team of The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin. "

"1. Check in is unprofessional, after getting my ID, front desk verified my phone number, after this step, they requested to see my original reservation receipt, which was very confusing. I asked something wrong? They said they just need to check. (Most of holiday in express can finish check in in 30 second, this one takes much longer time).
2. The hardware of hotel is good.
3. Breakfast choices are very limited, there was a purple sweet potato porridge they did not label it, I asked staff this is sweet or non sweet? Two staffs could not tell what it is. The coffee machine did not label the button function too, proper cups are not prepared, when push a two cup button, you need use two of the available cups to pick or it would overflow, when overflow happened, the staff ran to coffee machine location and blamed: why you made it overflow? It is unlimited. Well, normally other Hotel prepared two volume type of cups to accommodate.
4. The breakfast milk is terrible, the taste is wield, I asked do you use fresh milk? They replied: they use milk powder hot water. Normal fresh milk should be supplied, not the wield taste milk power.
5. When checked in, no breakfast voucher was provided and no information was provided regarding this. When stepped into breakfast location, I was informed I shall get it when checking in, now after I went to front desk to ask, they said you can only get it in the morning of the breakfast, which was really confusing.
My experience was not good. "
