「This hotel was a great choice for our trip to Nashville! It was a quick ride from the airport and the room was spacious and comfortable. It was a quick walk to the gulch and Broadway. We loved the unique perks, such as the record players available for your room, golf cart rides to Broadway, and the complimentary drink during happy hour at Almost Friday, which exceeded all expectations for a hotel bar. We didn’t end up using the pool but it is quite small, so we decided not to risk it being busy....

「First of all it is not a Clarion but is now a Holiday Inn Express and Orbitz doesn’t notify you of changes like that. The neighborhood is not great didn’t feel safe to walk the .7 of a mile to Nissan Stadium. Most all of the staff was very helpful and nice, but the Housekeeping staff was rude and unhelpful. In fact they would lie to their supervisor if you asked to have your room cleaned at a later time. 」

「Nice hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms. 30 stories, 5 elevators - be prepared to wait a few minutes sometimes. The upscale restaurant Hand Cut Chophouse had + and - . Black Truffle Coulette steak was amazing. However, we had to ask the manager to clear the table next to where we were seated. There were piles of dirty dishes etc from the prior party which was not being cleared, even 30 min after the party had left. 「Staff was great & extremely accomodating. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Hotel is a little outdated but don’t take that as a complaint. Would happily stay here again.」

「I was more than pleased with our rental and amenities! Guests and staff were kind! Great restaurants were walking distance. Uber pick up was easy for longer outings. The only dislike was the lounge chairs by pool. Just need new ones. The common area and grills were a nice addition! Definitely would stay again! 」
