This hotel provides great service in a particularly challenging place. They were very gracious and did everything they could to make things work even when the country lost power and running water. If you need a place to base when going to Havana, Hotel Chili Habanero is a great choice!

The staff is wonderful - extremely warm, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-furnished. They serve a great breakfast every morning in the common area, and for dinner there's an excellent restaurant right upstairs on the next floor. I'll happily stay in the Hotel Chile Habanero any time I'm visiting Havana.

This was a wonderful surprise in the heart of El Vedado just 2 blocks from Hotel Nacional. Lunch, diner and drinks at hotel Bacional is a must and so inexpensive as you pay in Cuban pesos, CUP. Also Caberet Parisian is at hotel and it’s the best show and price ever!! This Chile hotel has a wonderful breakfast and wonderful staff who were so helpful. The rooms were excellent with great air conditioning and showers.

Insgesamt ein schöner Ort, das Hotel liegt zentral und von hier aus kann man durch die Straßen wandern und Havanna etwas entdecken, belebte Straßen um einen herum. Empfang sehr freundlich. Sonst etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Bad, Ausstattung. Frühstück in Ordnung.
