Great escape

Great place to stay with family/friends during summer. The kids especially loved the game room and would not have left the house except that there was so much to do outdoors in the area. Host was very responsive and accommodating, and would recommend for a long weekend getaway like ours.

Awesome house and great hosts.

The house was well equipped and maintained and the view from the living room and back deck is spectacular. The hosts were very attentive and friendly. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 children. A great time was had by all!

We loved the house/location so much that we extended our stay. Communication with the property manager was great. Enough room in the home for us all to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The kids enjoyed the game room! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

Family Getaway!

Our long weekend ski getaway was absolutely perfect and this beautiful home added to the fun! My family had a great time enjoying all of the amenities in the game room including the pool table and ping pong. They were thrilled to break the high score record on Galaga! The hot tub was a great escape from the cold and was enjoyed every night after a day outside in the cold. The home was very comfortable for all and the owners were great to work with. We can't wait to come back again and check on the Galaga record!

It was a fun place with lots to do for the kids. Not far from hiking spots and the national park and caverns. Plenty of room for 8 of us. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the mattresses.

A Wonderful Getaway

Big house with beautiful views of the slopes and mountains. Enough space for our family to relax and not feel crowded. The contract sent after the final payment was made was intimidating however the owners were excellent to work with. We really enjoyed our stay.

This home was clean, well laid out with lots of seating and dining options. The view is beautiful but the driveway was extremely steep. The home is located on a very steep hill and is a challenge to drive to but is worth the view.

Beautiful views, very spacious.

We stayed to celebrate my son's 14th birthday and we had a wonderful time. Lots to do in Massanutten and Harrisonburg. The house is literally on top of a mountain, can't beat the views. It would be a little tricky to drive to in the winter as the road to the house is extremely steep. But the house makes up for it. Lots of games, pool table, ping pong, arcade games. And the fireplace is gorgeous. Will definitely be back to stay here.

Nice Getaway for the weekend

We had a family of 9 and there was plenty of room in the home for all of us. The downstairs areas with the pool table and ping pong table were a great area for us to congregate and hang out for our 4 days there. The great room was also big enough that we could all hang out together. It’s a great area- we saw quite a few deer and it’s close to everything in Massanutten A few things you need to know when you rent this home: - the driveway is VERY steep- I has to use my 4 wheel drive - if you are staying there more than 2 days you need to bring TP and paper towels- we had to hit to the market twice.

This is an amazing house! It’s is well taken care of & very clean. Owner was fantastic with weather conditions & keeping my family safe, so we could do all our activities planned for the weekend. My grandchildren loved the Christmas tree & looking out at the skiers on the slopes behind the house, views are breathtaking! Great for large families, six adults & five children, so comfy!

Beautiful house in great location

This is a great house on the edge of a cliff. The views were great. There was a lot to do in the house including a pool table, ping pong table, and foosball table. The only issue was that the hot tub was broken. It was a relatively small factor but given how expensive the house is, you want everything to work.

The house is beautiful and looks just as it does in the pictures. Everything is also very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The pool table and hot tub were particular highlights of the trip!
