「The best part about the property was staff and the food at the on site restaurant. The staff was always ready to help with a smile on their face and greeted everyone with respect. Food was excellent. However, the room I stayed in was terrible. The room was below average. Bedsheets had stains on it which is a big no no in hospitality business. There was no heat in the room. I did try calling the front desk but didn’t get through them. Bathroom was in terrible condition. Shower door was not...

「The property needs updating as we had been in Jan 2024 it remains the same- on the last day the toilet kept blocking plus the smell in the room was not very nice. We had a partial river view room which was really lovely. So there are positives and negatives despite this l really like the hotel. I especially like the resident pundit who does amazing pooja in the morning and evening which is beautiful. The staff are very nice 😊」

If you like or tolerate Indian grit, noise pollution and chaos, then this is the place. If you seek serenity and the calm of the Himalayas and the Ganges River, spend more money and look elsewhere. 」
