「The staff were amazingly helpful, with getting my room ready after I arrived much earlier. As someone who works in hotels in Australia, i can appreciate how challenging it can be. The buffet was lovely, and Charcoal too.」

「the standad room was better then the delux room .delux room had left over of the carpet and other stuff used in it.also the bathroom was really bad and everytime i used the washbasin the drainage made loud noise.the staff statement was contradictory now and then」

「Nice hotel. Clean room and friendly staffs. There are supermarket, shopping malls, coffee shops, restaurants nearby. It's in a convenient location. But this hotel doesn't offer amenities, you can buy from reception desk or bring your own.」

「Do not stay here. The hotel smells bad and is very dirty. My room had piss left on the toilet and a used condom under the bed. When I complained and asked the staff to clean it they refused and continued playing PUBG on their phones. I left after 1 night dispiting having paid for 3 nights. Could not get my money refunded for the rest of the nights despite the terrible conditions of the room. Very unprofessional place. 」
