「What a lovely property - very pleased with our stay at Compass Point 10 - excellent communication from the booking, to the pick up from the airport, to the return back to the airport . It’s in a lovely location, excellent water views from the balcony, clean swimming pool, great facilities. 」

「Apartment is spacious and has a fully equiped kitchen, but the master ensuite shower had mould on the floor tiles (which I could remove with my fingers, so simply not cleaned properly), there were no hand towels or face washers available due to a shortage, the 2nd room was not made up as a king as requested for my friend and the washing machine is temperamental and leaks. 」

「On arrival we were greeted by our friendly valet,Dean who gave us instructions on our buggy use and showed us some highlights of Hamilton Island on the way to our accomodation. We had access to a buggy the whole stay which was perfect to get around and oh so easy to use. Our accomodation was wonderful with AMAZING views. 「酒店的前台就在机场边上的一幢小房子。直接把行李放前台，有中文服务，告知岛上的详细路线及生活所需。在前台隔壁租车处领取免费的高尔夫车一辆，退房那天交还房间钥匙后车子还是可以继续用的。岛上租用高尔夫车的话可是要一天89澳刀。是公寓式分散的房间，自己开高尔夫车按照地图去找，分散式的公寓，私密性很好。是两层的独栋公寓，我们住的是楼上的。入住的是套房，两个房间，一个超级大的客厅，两个阳台，厨房里各种器具齐全，刀叉锅碗瓢盆微波炉冰箱，连洗碗机都有！在岛上住了四天，每天都可以自己开饭，岛上的餐馆都太难吃了，什么都是炸得干干的，不符合中国人的口味。阳台的电烤架也好用，可以去超市买点现成的腌肉来烤，要小心岛上的鹦鹉来袭。就是没有客房清洗服务，住的几天都是自己稍微打理，垃圾也要自己清理，到退房才会统一清洗，退房时厨房跟电烤架都是要自己清洗好的，不然会有罚款。」

「Very comfortable, clean, incredibly easy to communicate with. Drop and pick up staff was very helpful, and informative and super prompt. Water pressure in shower was awesome, bed and pillows was my loss of one star. Flat pillows. Over 4.9 stars. Loved everything. 」

「Our fourth trip to Hamilton Island. The setting is lovely but the property is showing its age. Hair dryer didn't work. Tiny TV in the bedroom was faulty. Safe didn't work. Floors were a bit grubby. For the price, if you are travelling to Hamilton Island I would certainly explore other alternatives.」

「Stayed October 2024. The house is pretty much as they described in the listing. We had a family of 8 and the layout worked quite well for us. Plenty of entertaining area both inside and out. The view is amazing we could see turtles and sharks from our balcony!! The pool area we did not use at all as was in such a bad position and sitting outside at the property smelt quite badly (not sure if it was sewerage) and seemed very run down. The owners definitely need to put some money into the...

「Minor maintenance issues had to be reported but overall the home is a beautiful, spacious and very well equipped property. The golf buggy provided with the home was much appreciated and is essential given the home is quite some distance from the main areas of the Hamilton Island resort facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for a large family group.」

「We enjoyed the quiet comforts and luxurious settings of the unit. The buggy provided ease of movements and lovely to breeze around the island’s scenic streets. The Cockatoos came to say hello and goodbyes which was very memorable 」

「This was a family celebration and holiday for my 70th birthday. There were 4 adults and 5 children with ages ranging from 9-14. We each had our own bedroom and there were 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living areas, and multiple outdoor and dining areas. The hosts were amazing and the few problems we had were fixed immediately. I can highly recommend this property」
