A Shocking "Hotel"
Just imagine you are traveling, and you are expecting a normal room for sleeping, and this imagination would stop when you arrive at this so-called hotel. The lobby makes people feel bad.
OK, this is not about the room, right? Then first I talk about the service provided by the receptionist. The receptionist was not friendly and very unprofessional. The "hotel" asked me for paying the city tax in the check-in process, it is the first time I heard a hotel would charge the city tax before their customer check-out. And what even worse is, he refused me to pay it by credit card! As a traveler from outside Europe, I would like to save some cash!
Then let's talk about the room. My room was on 4/F. Guess what? No elevator is available. You have to walk by the stairs every time. Then, after I opened the room door, I was shocked by the condition. a place for showering but with only one side glass to prevent the water splash to the room. They do have a shower curtain, but it is very dirty and the water would still make your room very wet!
It has no Wi-Fi connection. It is a great problem for me as my SIM card has only about 1GB data left for 8 remaining days on the trip.
The description stated there will be 24 hours reception counter service. But I have left for the "hotel" for about 3 times in the mornings, literally no one showed. Therefore, I have to leave my message to check-out my room on the last day!
If you would like to have a normal, happy trip, just skip this hotel
