「The description said there was breakfast, private bathroom, kitchen, free water, and no curfew. None of this was provided or was true. They locked the gate at night and we were locked in till 9 am. This is a major fire safety hazard. The common area was being used as a restaurant. Guests were made to feel we were nuisance. I spoke with other guests that felt that the same way. Honestly I wanted to leave but every other accomodation in the area was booked so I had nowhere to go. The staff...

We arrived in Haifa and day after was Yom Kippur, Mr Yaniv working at the hotel helped us to get a taxi take us from Haifa to Jerusalem. Very appreciate their help and will definitely come to stay with the same hotel when visiting the beautiful city of Haifa.」
