「I felt like I hit the jackpot walking into this apartment. Gorgeous layout. Beautiful view from balcony and a bottle of wine welcome me to the luxury. 「Yurii was very helpful with directions and key access. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable but the STENCH was most unpleasant from prior occupants smoking. Each time we re-entered the room from being out, we're hit by the onslaught of foul smoke smell. Further positives...the bathroom seemed recently renovated and was huge with wonderfully thick white towels as good as any 5 star hotel. Comfy bed and pillows (smell aside). 「The house needs a total renovation. The kitchen is totally dilapidated with a dishwasher where the racks were rusted and breaking apart. Old dishwashing sponges were left in the sink, a biological hazard. There were ants everywhere dead as well as living crawling on counter tops and floors. The owner said that he can’t get rid of them!!! The balcony and garden sliding doors are so heavy to move, that we needed a strong man to open and close them. The location is amazing only a few minutes walk...

「The property was not ready. There was no bathroom door, bath mat or waste basket. There is no coffee maker and there are no curtains. Pigeons are nesting outside the two windowsand there is bird poop everywhere. Not a great view. The bedroom is very cramped so we had to use the pull out bed from the sofa for one of us to sleep. This took up most of the room in the sitting area. For the price it was very disappointing.it was non refundable otherwise we would have moved. 」

「This rental is bogus. The phone number associated with it isn't connected, and the owner did not respond to any attempts to connect them through email. It would appear that the owner stopped renting it out, except that it was never taken off of the Vrbo website. We only discovered all this within the last week before our reservation, and we had no choice but to cancel our entire trip at the last second.」

「This is my fourth stay in the complex, though the first in this unit. The location is excellent - adjacent to excellent restaurants, a supermarket and a Ritz Carlton hotel. One of the day doormen remembers me from previous stays and always offers a friendly welcome and a quick chat. The VRBO property manager was very responsive to my inquiries and I would not hesitate staying here again next September.」

「This large house could be a nice accommodation of a large group but it is poorly maintained and not cleaned at all. Dishwasher and fans are not working at all and there are fleas around the house probably because of the poor cleaning. The location is good and the beaches around are really nice.」
