「Nice surroundings full of plants, located on the beach. Bungalows have a good concept and I like that, but the beds realy needs to be replaced. Old and worn out mattresses. Mosquito net over the bed comes really handy. Few friendly dogs roaming around. They are ok until they start to bark in the middle of the night 😂.」

「這次在phangan6星期的旅程，是沒有預任何酒店，在haad Yao 海灘附近隨便訂了兩間比haad Yao bay view 貴一點的酒店，服務好，但房間不太清潔床上還有頭髮，最後嘗試入住haad Yao bay view, 一住就住了5星期，價錢平便，服務親切，每天都把房間清潔得乾乾淨淨，走幾步就到沙灘，附近有兩超級市場非常方便，如果由酒店到巿集只需20分鐘車程，酒店亦有租電單車服務，面向沙灘，風景一流，亦定時有殺蟲，絕對一流，相比起這小島其他酒店同等價錢絕對不會失望，一定會再到，值得推介。」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property! The staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating, arranging transportation to and from the pier and granting us an early check-in. They were also quick to resolve a minor issue with the room safe. We stayed in the brand-new standard studio (#13, no pool), which was spacious, sparkling, and well-appointed. The ceiling fans & A/C kept us comfortable, and the location was just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, ATM, and shops....

「We had a pleasant stay here and the weather was good to us. The location is lovely right on the beach. The sea slightly too warm for me and the was reflected in algae in the water in some places but this is a shallow reef so to be expected. There is no staff on hand at night which shouldn’t be a problem but we did have issues with a bunch of people partying until 3:30 am with no one to police it. 「Das Resort ist von der Idee her gut. Allerdings hapert es noch an der Umsetzung und man merkt, dass das Resort scheinbar noch nicht lange geöffnet ist. Und der Standort ist auch etwas schwierig. Wir haben beim Check-in z.B. keine Informationen zu überhaupt irgendwas bekommen 」

「good service, very friendly staff. most of them spoken good english and always smiling. the only thing i disliked the resort was the beach. its one of worst beach i've ever seen. VERY DIRTY and not suggested for swimming. i stayed at beach front suite and every morning i picked up so much garbage right infront of my suite. it was also extremely bothering to eat in the restaurant. as there're flys allover regardless day and night. to be honestly, i wouldn't stay at kupukupu again due to these...

「Unser Aufenthalt war wieder sehr gut, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Das Hotel bietet einen Taxiservice an, den wir jeden Tag benutzt haben. Es ist zwar bisschen teurer geworden als noch vor einem Jahr, aber es ist okay. Die Mitarbeiter sind extrem nett und das ist ein sehr wichtiger Punkt. Bei meinem nächsten Besuch werde ich wieder dieses Hotel besuchen. Top!」
