Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island."

"飯店距離下龍灣本島五分鐘船程，每20分鐘一班有接駁船，整座飯店看似整修過，豪華漂亮，可悠閒散步海灘，還有超大泳池，四周庭園極美，早餐也好吃，真是個人間天堂。缺點:窗簾灰塵太多，導致過敏。"

"we liked our stay very much omg the stuff were so helpful it was a new years holiday in Vietnam we could not get a car from ninh binh to ha long had so much stress for one hour called the hotel for help within 15 min everything was ok!came to our hotel they offered us free upgrade and larger beds since we were traveling with 3 children , the room was spacious very clean they even prepared welcome fruit and drinks for us our family is so thankful had a wonderful stay happy memories! "
