"The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from shops and restaurants in the Suwon station area. However, the toilet is quite smelly and something needs to be done to get rid of the smell. Also, the walls have strange small black dots."

"1.）入住首日，於前台查詢返機場快線，未有清晰資料， 2.）孩子用洗手間後，出現淤塞，要找工作人員上來清除，但與前台溝通後，又再回覆不了解。 3.）電視打開沒訊號，又要通知前台，找技術人員重身接駁。 4.）泳池使用設施不清晰，主因入住以韓國本地人為主，全用韓文網站預約，令外國用家提前登記太難，早上也訂不到當晚使用權，當中用戶很多並非游泳，主作浸泡之用，浪費實際資源。"
