「I had an excellent stay at this property. Communication with Jennifer was great and she was extremely attentive in making our stay comfortable. The apartment was extremely clean when we arrive. Kudos to the person who prepared it. There are 24 hours security so we felt safe. The amenities was perfect, and everything was in good condition. Even thought the location is a little distance from downtown Georgetown, I believe it was worth it. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Very quiet neighborhood, apartment was very clean and well kept. The only drawbacks as mention to the landlady was the water pressure in the shower, is painstakingly slow. Also there is only one A/C unit in the apartment which is in the bedroom but the WiFi signal is unstable in the bedroom so you have bare the heat in the living area if you have to work on your laptop. Would definitely try again and if these small adjustments are made then this apartment will be my go to place when I am in...

「Cleanliness, decor, spacious. Kendra was super. Very welcoming, sociable and always there. Fact that she came everyday to do her outdoor chores made us felt safe. 」

「The property was clean and well appointed...my suite had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was perfect for me and my buddy...the roof terrace was awesome...we used this space to entertain some friends who were also visiting...the terrace is equipped with a selfserve bar and bathroom...no need to take guest into my personal space...the lighting gives this space a relaxing ambiance at night...my guest are still talking about it...host Catherine was awesome, she made sure i had everything i...

「Great Experience with Micahya 」

「This was the second stay for some in our party. The host was great. He stayed in communication throughout the stay and was able to arrange transportation for us one day when we didn’t have someone to drive. The location is secure with nice amenities. The neighborhood was quiet. The house fit our needs perfectly. We would stay there again.」

「I liked that the area was centrally located and safe. There was not much to shop around there and anything you wanted you had to go out to get. It is close to public transportation」
