「Was 'as pictured' - A quaint beach shed, adequately supplied, with comfortable beds for after those long walks on the beach with the dogs. The Host was courteous & prompt in replying to queries. The fully fenced yard has access through a back gate, through bushland, directly to the beach. Would recommend to anyone who wants a quiet beachside get-a-way.」

「The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of room and everything you needed. So beautiful sitting on the back deck looking through to the water and listening to the birds. 2nd time I have stayed at the property. I would book this house again when visiting friends in Toogoom.」

「This is our second stay at this home as it is a great spot to relax with your family/friends and puppies. Tons of yard space for the dogs and a two minute walk from the back gate to the off leash dog beach (just make sure you know the timed and 24 hr off leash areas). The home is very open, modern and has everything you need so you never have to get in your car. Definitely recommend if you want a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle of the city or even those busy touristy areas.」

「Our family (including a 5yo, 2yo and dog) stayed here for 5 days and had a wonderful and relaxing time. The location was great as it was right on the beach, the house spacious and welcoming, the yard was perfect for both the kids and dog, and there was a wonderful back deck to relax on in the evening. We used the wi-fi and streaming options without any issues. I would definitely book there again. 」

「As a family of seven adults, this property was perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to places for a coffee or a great friendly dinner. Bedroom and bathroom space for everyone, together with a fabulous kitchen. The undercover bbq and 10-seater table was the perfect hang out spot for chatting, brunch or just gazing out across the water. Plenty of lounge spaces were used to either rest, read a book or play a game of cards, and of course the pool table was used at every moment....

「Great property for dogs with excellent high solid fencing on three sides, and pool-fencing on the back (did result in some barking at bush turkeys and people walking past on the access track). Very easy to get to the beach, however when the tide is low its not great for swimming and when the tide is high you can't walk along the beach. 「Absolutely amazing place to stay. Plenty of space. Immaculately clean both inside and out. Will definitely consider returning.」

「1 out of 10 for communication before we got there and much difficulty firstly as staff were not aware that we could make up phone numbers for each person. Very poor communication as i made 8 unanswered phone calls in the days before we got there and we were told there would be someone at the property to let us in--no show. Had to seek out office and person in office gave us the wrong code for the key safe--we were locked out for 40 minutes till sorted. Very frustrating!」

「We loved the three-bedroom villa at the beach. The home has a beautiful deck at the back overlooking the back yard and wooded area. There is a pathway strait out to the beach. Plenty of recreational equipment is available for use. There are plenty of games for families. 」
