「Was absolutely Awsome!!! House was great. Clean and suited our needs. Three families and it was just great. Beach out back was great for the kids and you didn’t have to lug gear for miles. 「Our family (including a 5yo, 2yo and dog) stayed here for 5 days and had a wonderful and relaxing time. The location was great as it was right on the beach, the house spacious and welcoming, the yard was perfect for both the kids and dog, and there was a wonderful back deck to relax on in the evening. We used the wi-fi and streaming options without any issues. I would definitely book there again. 」

「It is not often that a holiday rental surpasses the online photos, but this one does. The size, location and amenities are all top class. Our family of 15 spent 8 nights there and all ages thoroughly loved it. The kitchen is just wonderful, with heaps of room and bench space to enable multiple people to work in it at the same time. The view is ever changing and very relaxing. Plenty of room in the front yard for games of cricket and football. 」

「Great property for dogs with excellent high solid fencing on three sides, and pool-fencing on the back (did result in some barking at bush turkeys and people walking past on the access track). Very easy to get to the beach, however when the tide is low its not great for swimming and when the tide is high you can't walk along the beach. 「1 out of 10 for communication before we got there and much difficulty firstly as staff were not aware that we could make up phone numbers for each person. Very poor communication as i made 8 unanswered phone calls in the days before we got there and we were told there would be someone at the property to let us in--no show. Had to seek out office and person in office gave us the wrong code for the key safe--we were locked out for 40 minutes till sorted. Very frustrating!」

In ‘Kokoma by the Beach’ at Toogoom I found exactly what we were looking for - a comfy beach seasider fully equipped, clean as a button and really comfy beds.
