「My start was great! The room was clean enough (someone left Taco Bell in the fridge). The fridge was large and cold. There was a microwave as well. A table to work at and a table to eat at (chairs for both). Right on the lake was a big plus! A lot of folks hanging out in the parking lot. Don’t bother me none but it may bother others!」

「We were in Guinda for a family wedding and really lucked out finding Omar’s rental. The home was even nicer than depicted, the surroundings were beautiful. Omar was the best host I’ve ever encountered- we had maximum privacy yet he was always immediately available by text if needed. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone headed that way.」

「Very bare-bones place with a gorgeous view in back. The pictures did not match up with the unit itself (we think they were pictures of the adjacent unit) and the furniture was not as nice as those pictured. Kitchen is not stocked, so be sure to bring anything you plan on using (including basic utensils). Some of the dishes were pretty dirty. Bathroom did not have most of the amenities listed, but I got to befriend the spider living in the shower. Getting to spend the morning watching the water...

「This is a cozy one bedroom unit right off the Main Street in Clearlake. If you want very simple then this is the place. Price is very reasonable and it’s comfortable. My only issue was how the cleaning crew missed a few things that were obvious. Nothing major but I have been around janitorial businesses for years so I may be a little biased.」

「We stayed here for a family get together. The place is on an excellent part of the lake. The house was beautiful , very clean and had all amenities you would need. We brought way more than we needed. The BBQ and outside grill were excellent and other than heating up previously made spaghetti sauce all our meals were prepared on the deck. 「The cabin design is well thought out, roomy and has great views from every room. We really enjoyed staying here for three nights. It is far from everything, yet drivable to all conveniences and tourist attractions. The cabin itself is very neat and organized, and modern. The small creek nearby is a great soothing voice, as you sip your morning coffee and take in the solitude.」
