“1 bed apartment. Extremely clean, a 2 ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster &coffee machine. Hairdryer in the bathroom, supplied with toilet roll and washing up liquid. The aofa bed in the living not very comfortable and could probably do with an upgrade to an actual fold out double bed these are single. The 2 single beds in the bedroom not a double which would be nice. There are not the comfiest but the are ok. Wee stayed for 9 nights and bedding changed twice. Towels changed changed rver……

“First time at the Ilunion Costa Sal and we were not let down. The hotel is excellent, clean and well maintained. The room was clean and functional for our stay. We found the food to be excellent with a good choice for both breakfast and evening meal. The hotel team are great and couldn’t do enough for us. “Amazing facilities and staff very helpful ”

“Really good, basic accommodation. Great view over the pool area. Downside...listed " Lift " & " Accessible " on their details, but failed to mention the lift only went from Reception up & down to the dining area. They'd put us on the 3rd floor which I couldn't manage. I hadn't thought to mention I'm a wheelchair user as I assumed my needs were covered. Upside...sorted out very quickly with no fuss - they changed our room to the Ground Floor. Not sure what would've happened if they'd been fully……

“Fit out, style and size of the apartment were excellent and a good location on the water in Arrecife. There were a few things I felt were missing given this markets itself as a "boutique" apartment. There was only one mug and only 1 towel each, there was no soap or towel in the second bathroom. I didn't get any check in instructions and had to chase these but even when I got them they were very short and didn't really say anything about the apartment or facilities. “Enjoyed my stay! Location is perfect for a quiet holiday, the main area of Teguise is a short walk/bus. I was half board, lots of choices at both breakfast and dinner and a different theme at dinner. The room was nice, fresh and kept clean. Nice touch with the toothbrush and toothpaste I took for travel home - thank you! Reception team were helpful and friendly. There is a fully packed timetable of things going on, didnt take part and the entertainment wasn't annoying when chilling at the pool……
