"西翼客房感覺比東翼時尚，明亮一些；管家潘娜非常有禮細心，當打掃房間時發現一些消耗品如衛生紙或飲用水用得較多時，便會主動加倍補上。 餐廰知道我們住宿日数比較長，主管會主動問我們有什么特别食品想吃，為我們現做！但比較需要吐槽的是食物每天都千篇一律，一點變化都没有；硬件方面應加設麵包烤箱，為那些不同種類的麵包加熱，增加口感；白開水供應只有一小熱水瓶，温度不夠，每次要熱開水都要找服務員幫忙，增加她們負擔。"
