「Sehr sauber und ruhig, Zimmer schön sauber, Bett sehr bequem, Wellnessbereich klein aber schön. Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. Personal sehr Freundlich. Mit dem Abendessen im Restaurant war ich nicht zufrieden. Bestellung ging flott und das war es dann auch, die Suppe kam nach 20 Minuten und leider nicht heiß, auf mein Satirische Hänchensalat musste ich noch mal 30 Minuten warten, bis ich mich aufmerksam gemacht habe. 」

Ottimo livello di pulizia. Struttura non modernissima ma ben tenuta. Accoglienza veloce e cortese. Buon ristorante interno con cibo tipico, saporito e con ampie porzioni. Ottimo prezzo. 「I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax. I highly recommend...
