「Excellent & Helpful Staff. Lack of a lift might be a problem for seniors with heavy luggage. This was overcome by the excellent Help of the owner & his son. Difficulty with parking in front of the property as there is a bus stop making this difficult (and an advantage at the same time). Lovely country. Beautiful views. Best wishes. 」

「第一天入住，對於窗外的景色不甚滿意，因為是訂海景房，但看出去的景色被附近的地形及建物擋住八九成，對於這樣的海景房有些失望。透過 Hotels.com 的意見回復，隔天，飯店的接待經理立刻幫我換房間，還出面跟我解說，服務好的讓我有點受寵若驚。雖然是商務出差，大部分時間都得出門去開會，但是每天早上起床躺在床上看到美麗的海景，心情還是高興的。可惜是冬天來住，湛藍的海水跟美麗的海灘都無法使用，希望有機會可以再來這邊住，享受一下美麗的海灘跟清澈的海水。」

「本次住二晚。銀卡會員礼遇紅酒，沒有準備，員工說不知道，會問主管，如有隔天補。隔天出去玩回來，再問櫃台，員工說是我的錯，因為我出去門口掛請勿打擾，送不進來，直接說我的錯。早上餐廳有老先生打破餐具，幾位服務人員在旁邊，沒有幫忙，老先生自己慢慢撿。服務待加強。」

「Everything went perfectly! Kristina is the best host we could have. She helped us with everything we needed! She gave us several tips, she always responded promptly! The location is excellent, just a few meters from the bus stop, 400 meters from the beach! We love it!! thanks!!!」

「Nice view from terrace. Perfect service. Hotel manager is very nice and responsive. Location wise it is 15 mins walk to the old town. We had the family room with private terrace looking at the sea. It is very beautiful. There are stairs to walk but hotel staff are helpful with luggage.」

「New hotel offered good rate in non peak seasons. The room is small but new and good condition. If the shower got better glass shield and floor not so wet from the shower would have been even better. The bed sheet and comforter are not as silky smooth and good so there is room to improve. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with good restaurants and supermarkets. 10-15 mins bus ride to old town Good wifi fast check in and staff are friendly and speak good English.」
