The general manager was a gem and assisted me with addressing my reservation disappointments.The staff were not accommodating and gave a lot of push back. However the General manager understood and assisted me with addressing my concerns and approved me a refund on my next 4 days. I then booked for the Bay Gardens Resort and Spa location, which cost us 3x the amount. Be aware! Unfortunately the Three Bay Gardens accommodations, share the same Expedia pictures- the pictures reflect Bay Gardens Resort and Spa. I booked the Bay Gardens Hotel based on pictures posted on the site not understanding the pictures represented the sister facility Bay Garden Resort and Spa location. This is a major misrepresentation and our new booking cost 3x as much because of that fact. Make sure you book the Bay Gardens Resort and Spa if the pictures reflect what you are looking for.

The staff and food at Bay Gardens Hotel were lovely, very polite and accommodating - food was tasty and always prepared in quick time. The room however was very small, smelt old and dusty. Bathroom could use some work and also the floor tiles could use an upgrade along with the furniture. Pretty average hotel, wouldn't recommend if you're going to stay for long periods

Check in is very late but we were able to leave our cases and explore. Very close to the mall and the Marina. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was pleasant and facing the pool. The bath area is a bit worn but ok. The beds by the pool could do with updating which seemed to be happening the day before I left. Shame you have to go to the other hotel just for drinks when lounging by the pool. Entertainment is lacking unfortunately.

The property was nice. But staying at the bay gardens hotel you have to take a shuttle to the resort for beach access. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. But the restaurant staff where not friendly at all and the service took for ever i ended up getting up and leaving at dinner one night after waiting over an hour for someone to greet us. Going back to st. Lucia i dont think i will return to the hotel.

Nice mid level resort, they let us check in several hours early which was really nice. Front desk pleasant and courteous luggage storage. Decent breakfast included. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants.

Our flight home was cancelled so this was a last minute booking for 2 nights. We booked the cheapest room type (Croton Double) so we weren’t expecting much. Pros: We did like the 3 pools and the gardens were very nice, and well maintained. The presence of security guards was reassuring. WiFi connectivity was very good. The gym was equipped with new equipment. I liked the access to self-service laundry. We were able to use a courtesy room to shower ahead of our evening flight, which was appreciated. Splash Water Park was great fun. Reception staff were helpful. Cons: Breakfast offering was okay. They ran out of cutlery one morning so we spent 10 minutes sat unable to eat our food whilst more was being washed. When they had washed the cutlery, they prioritised putting it on empty tables instead of giving it to guests who were sat waiting, which I thought was odd. Our room (301) had a couple of issues. The door isn’t fitted properly so there is a big gap at the top, letting in light and sound. There’s also a small window above it which doesn’t have a curtain, so light is let in at night. The shower dial would only turn to “very hot water”. Maintenance were able to fix it. The clothes line above the bath is broken. The walls are very thin and we could hear the guests in the room next door. Overall, the hotel met our expectations for the price we paid. If we had booked a more expensive room, I think we would have had a really good stay here and would recommend
