「Bis auf den sehr steilen anfahrtsweg (nicht wirklich für van‘s geeignet) war es ein schöner Ort um mal wirklich Ruhe zu finden, die Kommunikation mit patrizia war tadellos, die Nachbarn extrem nett und in allen Belangen die besten Nachbarn, solche Menschen wünscht man sich in Deutschland auch mal.」

It’s in the mountains, quiet, authentic and peaceful, yet close to Lucca, 10 minutes to the closest supermarket. Great gardens around the house, which are very well maintained. We were extremely well taken cared of By the owner Massimo. He was very kind and attentive. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We hade more than everything we needed. 「We are a group of 12 retired friends traveling first time in Tuscany. Villa Buonamici was the perfect accommodation for us. It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. Our trip to Tuscany included stays in four separate locations and Villa Buonamici was by far our favorite. Do yourself a favor and stay at this Villa, you won’t be disappointed.」

「This was exactly as described, Massimo was very engaging and informative, he told the history around the house and surroundings, the place is quaint and cozy, (especially the little wood stove), it was exhilarating to come home to after visiting busy, noisy Florence and Venice, climbing the windy little road was an experience in itself, if you love peace and quiet this is the place. We loved staying here for a month. ❤️」

「The quiet setting of this old farmhouse provided a calm retreat from the hectic days of sightseeing. Giacomo was a gracious host, meeting us when we arrived, giving us numerous helpful tips about sightseeing and restaurants, things to do and places to see. The spacious bedrooms of the house and views of the countryside are beautiful. There are stairs to negotiate, and having a vehicle is helpful. 」

「Happy to recommend Simona's property. An excellent location as a base to visit the surrounding area and beyond...and just to walk out of the door and enjoy walks in the immediate locality. A very comfortable apartment to return to and spend time in... it's a great location in Aquilea. Supermarket close by... and a ' negozio alimentari' and bar in Aquilea ( unfortunately the owners went on holiday the day I arrived, so cannot comment further ). Simona is very helpful re local information and...

「Spent a restful week with friends in this charming property outside Lucca. Very comfortable and well equipped tuscan villa with fabulous views and wonderful outdoor spaces. Great base camp for excursions to Lucca, Firenze and Cinque Terre. 」

「Es war wirklich einfach nur ein Traum. Es sind quasi 3 Wohnungen in Form von einem großen und einem kleinen Haus, die aber alle privat vermietet werden also man ist komplett privat auf dem Riesen Gelände. Es war noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos, Riesen Pool, Mega Aussicht, wirklich wunderschön. Alles war absolut sauber, Betten super bequem und perfekt ausgestattet. Absolut empfehlenswert. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich lieb, Dierks wurde sogar ein unglaublich leckerer Kuchen vorbeigebracht....

It had comfortable beds and couches, a private outdoor terrace in the courtyard, and was stocked with kitchen and cleaning supplies and extra bedding and linens.The wifi, heating, and water systems all worked well. The apartment is on a quiet street very close to the town center and a city gate. We highly recommend this apartment!」

「El hotel está bien, un poco caro calidad/precio teniendo en cuenta de que nos pusieron en una habitación de un edificio que tienen delante del propio hotel…y nosotros no pagamos para estar en otro sitio…el parquing son 20€ al día y les tienes que dar las llaves y te van moviendo el coche todo el rato. La ubicación es muy buena!! 」

"A very unforgettable Lucca B&B.The location is only 15 minutes' walk from the old city.The accommodation is an old-fashioned villa with three floors, with its own independent yard and parking space.Breakfast here is also very rich, comparable to a 3-star hotel, but please don't forget that the price here is less than one third of that of the hotel.In short, this B&B has given me a lot of surprises, and I will choose to live here if I come to Lucca again next time."
