“Nothing horrible to report. Good veggie options at the pub for dinner. The complimentary breakfast was as expected. The room was just a cramped room as advertised. The chairs were foot stools so working or eating at the fold out desk was awkward. Not bad overall just not a five star. ”

“I stayed 1 night for work, the place was tidy and clean, I was in a room at the front of the property so could hear road traffic. It wasn’t too noisy. Kitchen area was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable. Parking only for 5 vehicles if people park correctly. I would stay again as it’s good location for travel to the centre of Lincoln isn’t to far away. But its convenient for my work place when I’m in Lincoln. ”

“The room was good and hotel in a great position, easy access to the city centre. The staff we're polite and the staff serving breakfast were excellent. The only things that really let it down were the curtains, theyd seen better days, they had several holes in them which let beams of light through early in the morning and there was pink cream on them, not sure what that was off and the carpet had a couple of stains that i'd imagine would come out easy with a wet vac.”

“ It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.”

“離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。”

“A lovely independent hotel, located near castle and cathedral. For high street shops its a trip up and down steep hill but worth staying near the top. My room had castle view, room has good amenities . Really enjoyable stay and I recommend staying here or visiting the bar or restaurant. ”
