「The property manager was very nice. It’s an older hotel but it was clean, had hot water, cold air, working furnace, working television, easy parking, comfortable bed, easy chair, a good price and it was all I needed. I have no complaints. But if you want something snazzy and new, then go elsewhere. But if you don’t, this is perfect. 」

「Had a nice stay. The house was as described. Just a note that there are steps to each bedroom. If you have someone in your party that cannot do stairs that could be an issue. The house had a great view and the outside deck was amazing. Plenty of parking for our group.」

「Very unique. We loved it. Beautifully restored. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom had nice touches and supplies. We loved the individual soaps. Easy to walk to restaurants. The coffee shop below has great cupcakes. Nothing but good things to say about this place. It was such a nice experience, different than your typical vrbo.」

「Our 12 year old grandson ran upstairs and claimed "his baseball bedroom" within a minute of arriving! He told all his teammates about the house and "his room" .. they were quite envious when they heard about it!
We are so glad we were able to join his family for this fun time and found your home to stay in.
Michelle had the whole house stocked with everything we needed!

「Conditions were excellent. Location was great with easy access to Downtown Dyersville and very close to the Heritage Trail. Really liked the security and the interior facilities were new and clean. I really was impressed with the EV charging station, We are seasoned VRBO travelers, so we are providing a few minor suggestions: should have had Kleenex boxes available in several rooms. A clock in the bedroom and bathroom would have been a plus. A daily counter cleaning product below the sink...

「This was a great place for our girl's weekend. The weather cooperated and we were able to enjoy the pool, sit on the front porch with an evening cocktail, and because of the quiet neighborhood we were able to sleep in! It was just what we needed and wanted. 」
