「Wonderful location to call home while visiting my daughter at CSU for a long weekend. Nice, thoughtful touches throughout. I would stay here again!」

「My boyfriend and I spent one of our first trips together at this beautiful little cottage. Perfectly situated outside by a rolling creek, we enjoyed staying in, as well as exploring Colorado Springs. House was clean and had everything we needed. Food, activities and sightseeing are only 10-20 minutes away from the property. Hot tub was incredible and I truly couldn't have asked for a better VRBO! I hope we get to come back someday.」

「This is a small and quaint property located within walking distance of downtown Manitou. It is the perfect getaway from "city living" with a minimalist feel to it. The bed was a little smaller and firmer than I'd like but all else was great!」

「Everything was great here, an older home, but beautiful. The house was huge and had many older elements that made it charming. The rooms were tastefully designed and all the cabinets were fully stocked. We had a family get together here and it was the perfect location for our little get together. On top of that there was a power outage (someone hit a transformer) and the host was on the phone within minutes helping me locate the flashlights and emergency candles. Definitely will rent again! 」

「This place was so comfy. The host has thought of the details a guest might need. Because we were visiting our daughter we didn't test the kitchen but we really enjoyed the sunny and restful space. Thanks for a great stay!」

「We only had a few days to visit due to our schedules being so busy. Our grandsons live in Colorado Springs, they’re the reason we visited. The Little Bear Cottage is the perfect place for a quick visit! Much better that a hotel! It’s clean and cozy, we even got lucky to saw a few dear napping in the backyard of the neighbors. Highly recommended!!」
