"In Pittsburgh downtown, right next to the river. The only tricky part is about the parking. You need to arrive on Grant -> Fort Pitt Blvd instead of following GPS which is very confusing. I did valet parking and they are very fast: 5 minutes waiting tops. Everything is within walking distance. They say Pittsburgh has very good public transportation system. Next time I am going to try. Also, the drive to Niagara Falls is doable for an one-day trip if weather is good. "

"The property was well maintained and clean. We were in town for a ballet competition so we were gone all day everyday until late and didn’t realize they weren’t going to service our room the second morning I had to run and buy coffee. I decided not to use parking at the hotel but if I had to do it again I would because there was no place to load and unload baggage on the street. "

"This property is clean, centrally located and very well designed. The restaurant associated with it is excellent (The Commoner). The front desk staff is average at best (they just looked at 10-15 people is the entry (which is very small) and awkwardly waited to be approached. No greeting, no help facilitating a line or anything. It was a bit odd for a hotel we paid $430 for one night for. "We really enjoyed our stay at The Priory Hotel. The building is charming and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was very good. The room was a little dated, but it was large and had everything we needed. The bathroom is very small, as is to be expected in an old hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean. "Clean, safe, comfortable, quiet,many options at the breakfast buffet. The only issue was the rude lady behind the check out counter, who obviously dislikes her job. Just not what you want to deal with after a long day of travel. Otherwise, good stay!"
