All 4 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms for privacy. Downstairs area is large and cemented, perfect for hanging out.  The downstairs area has a bar, swing, chairs, extra large bbq pit for grilling, boiling equipment and an extra refrigerator to help store groceries or fish/etc. caught during your stay.  Lots of parking!. 

Note: Island Realty has no control over the Grand Isle Restoration project which may cause parts of the beach or crossover closings from time to time.  The project as it is funded and overseen by USACE.
