Lovely people but a sad and tired house.
"The house had been empty for a long duration throughout Covid. This meant that some of the equipment wasn't in great shape when we arrived eg. We had no hot water for over 11 days. Not a huge amount to do in Grand Gaube itself but felt safe and easy to drive in and out of, with roads in good condition.
