「The room I got was on the first floor facing the street. The soundproofing is terrible; I didn't sleep well for my entire stay. There's a pub just across the street, so if you stay during the weekend, you can hear people talking loudly there. There's also a weird smell in the hotel, like cheap perfume, which isn't a postive feeling. The room is very old; my desk is actually broken. The location is good and easy to access everywhere. I asked to change rooms after two nights of no sleep but was...

「Would like to stay again. Friendly staff with good service. Not far from SNCF station by walking with luggage. New and clean room. Quiet area, not many shops nearby but easy to walk to city center in 5 minutes.」

「The check in staff are friendly and helpful. Nice location near the main station. Room with kitchen stuffs. We booked the room during Xmas period which is a bit expensive than expected, overall is good.」

「將到聖誕節，來這個地方最適合，環境好氣氛好。 晚上洗澡中途沒有熱水，找接待說是系統問題，要等2小時才再有熱水，幸好鄰近有空房借用洗澡，非常狼狽。」

「空間大，隔音好，到市中心走路約 10~15 分，附近也有公車站。 一切都很不錯。」

「房間寬敞早餐好吃, 離柯爾瑪主要景點也都是步行可達! 最大缺點就是服務和溝通, 明明是訂兩張床但進房後卻是一張大床, 還得再跟櫃台反應... 飯店停車位也有限, 訂房時有註明需要停車位, 但入住時卻說停車位都預約滿了, 因為沒收到他們確認回覆所以就不算預約成功, 令人傻眼...」
