A couple of suggestions would be a night light in bathrooms (for old folks like us) and a binder with instructions, like how to use the various tv remotes, how to operate the washer/dryer (not intuitive), etc. Arrival communication (which I think is through VRBO) had a few hiccups so I had to request info from the host prior to arrival which was supposed to be included in welcome communications...but this was no big deal. The hill coming back up from Main Street is treacherous with a wagon and kiddos, but that’s a small price to pay for the convenience of a quiet neighborhood. While I understand it’s the price you pay for convenience and the luxury of a home, I don’t think would pay as much as I did for a two night stay unless I had a second couple to split the price with to make it more affordable. 」

After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center.
