「By mistake I have double book, when I notified the check out lady she refunded the cheapest reservation 80$ and she kept 168$ plus 15$ fee for food. I was disappointed and expected better treatment from my own people. Initially the bathroom was reeking of urine smell, I was given the next door room which was reeking with the same urine smell. Fan was soo dusty . 」
