「Hotel is very central. Parking is provided a short distance from the hotel itself (opposite side of the high street). Hotel has a boutique feel but is a little prescribed. Staff were very friendly but felt inexperienced - having loud personal chit chats whilst we were trying to enjoy a pre dinner drink in the garden, laughing at 6am outside our open bedroom window, forgetting to bring morning coffee to our room… this coupled with our rooms expense (not the cheapest) and size (nothing special) it...

「The apartment was clean and exactly what we was looking for as it was just a base for us to sleep and shower. The staff are friendly, unfortunately parking is not free and is quite expensive and they say there is parking in the area, unfortunately southsea/Portsmouth is on the ball with parking and is mostly only available for locals with a parking permits. If you like pubs,bars and restaurants you are in the right area as there are loads around. Yes i would stay there again.」

「The room is on the 2nd floor , it is too small for a family, no table , no teeth brush , no hairdryer and shower gel provided . The stairs are too steep, quite dangerous if you have baby with you. My friend lived on 1 st floor , there is no bathroom inside the room, shared bathroom is outside, they didn’t realize that when they booked the room. 」

「Comfy, safe and clean room with excellent tea tray snacks and bathroom accessories. Only mention if light sleeper to bring ear plugs, walls a bit thin and plumbing heard from other rooms. 」

「A really lovely little place to stay. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. Having kitchen facilities to use is a bonus although we didn’t use them. The shower wasn’t great (rain head only) and I really struggled to work it. It would also be great to have a mirror in the bedroom area for getting ready as the only mirror was in the bathroom. 」

「We were just extremely happy with this little gem of a hotel. The managers, Steve & Wendy were fantastic and loved one’d after us from beginning to end. They had thought of every little detail to make us welcomed and throughout our stay. Everything was clean and the breakfasts were delicious. Plenty of places to relax - super lounge, lovely big conservatory, and a beautiful garden with lots of tables and seating area to enjoy a drink or simply relax.
