「It was hard to find. The address provided for the reservation brought us to a restaurant 2 km away in Google Maps. After stopping twice to ask directions from random people, we found it. That's literally the only complaint. Otherwise fabulous! 」

「Bonjour, Le séjour n’a pas eu lieu. Je n’ai jamais réussi à communiquer avec l’entreprise Novasol malgré de multiples e-mails et malgré deux chats avec Abritel et Vrbo. J’ai envoyé le certificat médical à plusieurs reprises et je n’ai jamais eu de retour. Puis vous m’envoyer ce questionnaire de satisfaction de l’hébergement qui n’a pas eu lieu, alors que vous avez été averti. Je suis très déçu de l’opacité de la procédure et de l’impossibilité de communiquer avec l’hôte. 」

Die Betten sind eine Katastrophe- die Federn der Matratze drücken sich schon in den Rücken. Die Türklinken fallen ab usw... Wir hatten trotzdem eine schöne Zeit für wenig Geld. 」

「This is an exceptional hotel. Situated on a beautiful lake with swans and ducks. Beautiful building with an outstanding restaurant with the best duck entre ever. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff are als incredible. A special thank you to Marisa.」
