「We initially felt unsafe here . This was probably not a fair assessment- it was based on how we felt that day . We did leave the hotel to stay somewhere else as I was feeling anxious. We return the next morning abd the staff had been really worried about us . They had explained that security was very high . We were taken about about how much they cared . If you are looking for a place to sleep 4 I would consider this - we were just 2 and we found a place that suited us better. However, we...

「Reservation confirmedfor 5 nights, almost 1 month later host manually updated booking to 3 nights due to system not properly updated and resulted in double bookings. Had to pay for additional 2 nights at higher rate after already having paid for 5 nights. Not planning to stay there ever againagain」

「Terrible experience. The agent told us YOU did not communicaye our booking and that she never received it. We had to find other accomodation , at exhorbitant prices, because we had no choice. This is the busiest time of the year. Did you communicate my booking. Did she mess it up? Im extremely unsatisfied. We now sit in a little house far away from the sea, at an exorbitantly inflated rate.」

「Our visit formed to a stressful start after Ristine phoned us to tell we were double booked for Lodge 70. However within an hour she had found us alternative accommodation and we had a lovely stay at Pinnacle Point. Ristine was always available and helpful, and when we really appreciated her calmness and ability to sort out the problem. If we visit Pinnacle Point again we will certainly use Ristine for our accommodation 」

「Simply wonderful. We had an amazing guide, Greg (“The Postman”, because he always delivered!) who answered all our questions knowledgeably. He was simply exceptional and made our stay!
