Hardly any staff. The shower door was mouldy. The beds were clean and comfortable. I booked a 2 bedroom suite and had to change my room twice because the first two were not what a reserved. I ended up with 2 separate rooms which was not what I wanted. I took photos of the rooms.
No windows or tea making facilities.
This mould shouldn’t be there.
This was pathetic two odd sized spoons and two glass coffee mugs.

Absolutely appalling and heartless customer service. I booked accommodation and called back within approximately 20 minutes of making the booking to explain that my father had suffered a heart attack the day before. I wasn’t demanding a refund—I simply asked whether the booking could be moved to a later date due to a genuine medical emergency. The answer was an immediate and blunt no, with no attempt at empathy, flexibility, or basic human decency. What followed was even worse: after the initial refusal, my calls were blocked, including when calling from other numbers. This is not a misunderstanding—this was a deliberate refusal to engage. I have recordings of the phone calls, which show how dismissive and rude the interaction was. There was no effort to explain policies properly, no escalation, no manager offered—just a wall put up and communication shut down. Hotels deal with unexpected emergencies every day. Most show at least a minimal level of compassion. This property showed none. If you value customer service, basic humanity, or even just being treated with respect during a family medical emergency, avoid this place entirely. I will be pursuing this matter further through the appropriate consumer channels

The room we received on arrival was like a prison cell then the other was ok but tv and things didn’t work ,I wouldn’t even let my dog sleep in there if I had too it was concrete floors cords over a old mop and bucket sink and wires coming out from the door behind the bed. I asked to be moved which we where to a room that was at least carpeted but it had 3 different entrances that could be used to enter our sleeping area which all they should have been locked. Not impressed with our stay and will never stay there again what a waste of our money and not worth the money either for what u receive.

The rooms were absolutely filthy. Even the communal areas were not vacuumed in 11 days. The hotel rooms were tatty, and we're like half done, absolutely filthy. The whole place, nowhere in 11 days. Did anyone do any cleaning? And they charge $85 for you to clean their room. The management are unprofessional.

Room was good enough, woken up 2.00 am on a Tuesday morning by some ice fuelled permanent resident running around pool area. Loud place to stay slept with ear plugs in due to slamming doors all hours of the night, don't take your kids there, unsafe environment

Not, happy at all booked and paid decent $$$ for an apartment with 3 queen beds and got a room with 2 queen beds and a door into a storeroom that had an unmade bed in it, electrical wiring and dirt/mess everywhere. Bed got made up after 10pm. When questioned about the “2nd room “ was told it’s not a storeroom (even though it had a sign on it saying storeroom. TV did not work. Overall a very poor situation.

I was disappointed with the level of customer service during my stay. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the public areas were untidy, with beer bottles and cigarette butts left around. When I called the day before arrival to confirm my booking, the staff declined to check, stating they did not have time, which I found quite unusual and unhelpful. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Sheets on bed where dirty,old bottle of water left on the floor in bedroom.toilet not cleaned and cracked plus water leaking internally.air con barely works,swimming pool dirty and pump room door broken. No security.main fire exit door on ground level lock smashed off and door open for anyone to access building,back door near loading dock wide open and broken can not be shut or locked allowing anyone to access the building.underground car park open to anyone,no boom gate etc no security guard on premises. My parnter had to ring police to arrest a man that was on drugs and harassing people in the bar area that had walked in off the street.no one took action so we did then left immediately not staying on our last night. Overall very sad and run down place with no security.highly not recommend!

The first room that I was given was horrific. I requested a different room, which was much better, but still very ‘tired’. The room furnishings, upholstery, curtains, carpet need to be replaced. This property is in dire need of a renovations. There were no additional security features on the room’s door. And the front entrance to the property was always left wide open. Additional room services such as cleaning was an additional cost.
