「The room is not cleaned every day! Attract customers with low prices, and then charge for floating rooms seven days ago! It's a scam at all ! The bed was too high and the chair wobbled! Toilet exhaust fan and air conditioner are too noisy!」

「There was only one elevator working on a very busy Saturday night. It took 5-7 tries to get on an elevator to go up or down because each time the elevator car was extremely full. We took the stairs a couple times and we were on the 10th floor - not ideal. Also the nearly see through door to the bathroom was strange. 「Tried to cancel as sickness prevented us from traveling. Refused to refund money. Booked through Expedia - would not help us. Found out booking agent was VRBO. Had terrible experience with them in Venice and would NOT have booked if we had known. Had travel insurance - would not acknowledge.」
